The types of units of the Development are subject to the final plans approved by the relevant government authorities (for details, please refer to the sales brochure) and subject to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement. The Vendor reserves the right to alter the building plans of the Development in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement and to modify the layout and floor plans of the units of the Development in accordance with the latest building plans approved by the relevant government authorities.
2. The floor plan design conceptual drawings and the information therein contained in this website represent the designer’s impression of the unit(s) concerned only and may have been processed with computerized imaging techniques and simplified, and are for reference only. The design, layout, partitions, colours, materials, features, fittings, finishes, appliances, lighting, lighting effects, furniture, decorations, plants and other objects etc. of the residential units in the design conceptual drawings are not the standard provisions upon handover or gifts. They will not appear or be provided within the relevant residential units. Purchasers must not rely on the design conceptual drawings for any use or purpose. Please refer to the sales brochure for the plans, standard provisions upon handover, fittings, finishes and appliances of the residential properties of the Development.
3. The saleable area of each residential property and the floor area of the balcony, utility platform and verandah (if any) to the extent that it forms part of the residential property are calculated in accordance with section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. The saleable area does not include the area of the items specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. The areas specified in square feet are converted from a rate of 1 square metre = 10.764 square feet and rounded off to the nearest square foot which may be slightly different from that shown in square metre.
